2.This civil revision petition has been filed to strike off D.V.C.No.16 of 2024 on the file of Judicial Magistrate, Uthamapalayam. 3.During the pendency of this civil revision petition, the issues have been resolved. D.V.C.No.16 of 2024 has already been withdrawn on 03.09.2024. The marriage between the first petitioner and the respondent has also been dissolved on 29.08.2024 in H.M.O.P.No.80 of 2024 on the file of the Family Court, Tiruppur. Nothing survives for further adjudication in this civil revision petition and it is closed accordingly. The affidavit of undertaking filed by the parties shall form part of the order. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
