2. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel on either side, this Court appointed Mr.G.Antony Prince as Mediator and referred this matter to the Mediator.

3. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, it is reported that the Mediator, Mr.G.Antony Prince, resolved the dispute between the petitioner and the defacto complainant and the matter is settled between the parties.

4. In view of the settlement arrived at between the parties before the Mediator, this Criminal Original Petition is closed as no further order is necessary.
