For Respondent : Mr.P.Kottai Chamy, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec.438 of Cr.P.C PRAYER :- For Anticipatory Bail in Crime No.260 of 2020 on the file of the Respondent Police ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/A1, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 294(b), 323, 324 and 506(ii) IPC, in Crime No.260 of 2020, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.It is reported by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent police that the petitioner is having three previous cases to his credit. Considering the same, earlier anticipatory bail application in Crl.O.P(MD).No.9320 of 2021 was dismissed by this Court on 15.07.2021. This is the second anticipatory bail application.

CRL OP(MD). No.10741 of 2021 3.In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
