Prayer in AS(MD). 208/ 2021 :
To set aside the judgment and Decree passed by the 1st Additional District and Sessions Judge (PCR), Tiruchirappalli in O.S.No. 170 of 2016 dated 11.03.2021 as far as the grant of alternative relief to the respondent/plaintiff by directing the appellant/defendant to return a sum of Rs. 10,00,000/- to the plaintiff with interest at the rate of 6 percentage per annum from the date of plaint till the date of realization with cost and allow the First Appeal.
ORDER : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.VEILKANI RAJU, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.S.VAMSIDHAR, Advocate on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- Since the notice has already been served to the respondents, the appeal is ready for final hearing. Parties are at liberty to conduct the main appeal suit itself.
