Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court S-12. To issue a Writ of Mandamus to directly the respondents to pay the accrued rate of interest with commulative effect towards the delay caused on payment of revised gratuity commencing from 16.3.2009 to till date as per G.O.Ms.no.122 Finance (Pension) Dept dt 20.2.1995 considering the petitioners representations and reminder on 1.10.2020. ORDER

Alleging non-compliance of the orders of this Court in W.P.(MD) No.18247 of 2020, dated 11.12.2020, the petitioner has filed this contempt petition.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Additional Government Pleader submitted that the orders of this Court has been complied with. Learned Counsel for the petitioner has also endorsed the said submission.
