Respondent/Defacto Complainant PRAYER : Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., to call for records and quash the FIR in Cr.No.333 of 2020 on the file of the first respondent for offences as U/s.270, 294(b), 353, 506(i) of IPC r/w Sec.24(1) and 6(a) of Cigarette and Other Tobacco Products Act, 2003 and set aside the same insofar as the petitioner/Accused No.2 is concerned.

ORDER

This petition is filed seeking quashment of the First Information Report in Cr.No.333 of 2020 on the file of the 1st respondent.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl.Side) appearing for the 1st respondent would submit that the investigation has been completed and the final report has also been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Andipatty on 10.08.2020 and the same is not taken on file so far.

3.Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl.side), liberty is granted to the petitioner to workout his remedy before the appropriate Court through appropriate proceeding, if he is aggrieved by the final report filed by the respondent police.

CRL O.P(MD). No.11646 of 2021 4.With the aforesaid liberty, this petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
