This Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 Criminal Procedure Code to direct the 1st and 2nd respondents to give adequate police protection at the time of survey the petitioners land by the 3rd respondent.

O R D E R

This petition has been filed to punish the contemnor/respondent for his willful disobedience and non compliance of the order, passed by this Court, made in Crl.OP.(MD)No.7308 of 2021, dated 04.06.2021.

2.By the order dated 04.06.2021, this Court, directed the respondent to consider the representation given by the petitioner on merits within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.

3. The respondent/contemnor is present and he also filed counter stating that in pursuance of the above said order, on 03.07.2021, at about 11.00 a.m, the surveyor measuring the property https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Cont P(MD)No.1062 of 2021 along with police protection. But, however, the private parties made objection. Because of the objection, survey process was not completed. Since police protection was extended, he has complied the order. But, however, the survey could not be completed.

4. Let a copy of the counter be circulated to the counsel for the petitioner and the petitioner shall work out his remedy through appropriate proceedings.

5.Since nothing survives for further consideration or direction in this matter, with the above said liberty, this Contempt Petition stands closed and the contemnor/respondent is discharged.
