For Petitioner : Mr.B.Ramamoorthi For Respondent : Mr.R.Sivakumar Government Advocate (Crl.Side) COMMON ORDER The Criminal Original Petitions have been filed to modify the condition No.(i) of para 6 of the order to produce two blood relative sureties imposed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Ramanathapuram in Cr.M.P.Nos.4 & 8 of 2023 dated 04.05.2023 as two sureties.

The learned Principal Sessions Judge, Ramanathapuram, on 04.05.2023, in Cr.M.P.Nos.4 & 8 of 2023, granted bail with certain conditions, in which, in condition No.(i), it is stated that the petition is allowed and the petitioner is ordered to be enlarged on bail, on executing a bond for a sum of Rs.20,000/- with two blood relative sureties each for 2/6

a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Paramakudi.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner was unable to produce the blood sureties. Hence, the sureties may be modified.

4. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent.

5. Considering the request made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the condition No.(i) of para 6 of the order passed in Cr.M.P.Nos.4 & 8 of 2023 dated 04.05.2023 imposed by the Principal Sessions Judge, Ramanathapuram, is modified as follows: "i) Accordingly, the petition is allowed and the petitioner is ordered to be enlarged on bail, on executing a bond for a sum of Rs.20,000/- with two persons of his 3/6

native place as sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Paramakudi, and on further stringent condition that:"

6. Except this portion, other conditions imposed by the Principal Sessions Judge, Ramanathapuram, in Cr.M.P.Nos.4 & 8 of 2023 dated 04.05.2023 shall remain unaltered. This Criminal Original Petitions are allowed accordingly.
