ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner is in judicial custody since 13.07.2018 for the offences punishable under Sections 120(B), 294(b) and 302 of IPC, in PRC No.16 of 2015 (Crime No. 301 of 2014) pending on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Nagercoil. He seeks bail. 2.The petitioner was absent during the trial in PRC No. 16 of 2015 pending on the file of the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Nagercoil. Thereby, Non Bailable Warrant came to be issued. Pursuant to the same, the petitioner was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 13.07.2018 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is an innocent. The petitioner was not able to appear before the trial court on 29.08.2016, since he went to other state to attend his contract works. The learned counsel undertakes that the petitioner shall appear before the court below regularly on all future hearing dates without fail. Hence, he prays for grant of bail to the petitioner.
4. Heard the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the state.

Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail subject to the following conditions:
(i) the petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with two sureties, each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Nagercoil.
(ii)the petitioner shall appear before the trial court daily at 10.30 a.m. and 5.30 p.m until further orders; sd/- 02/11/2018 / TRUE COPY / Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.) Madurai Bench of Madras High Court, Madurai - 625 023.
