[Order of the Court was made by K.KALYANASUNDARAM, J.] This Habeas Corpus Petition is filed seeking direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to produce the Petitioner's wife namely, Mohana Priya, aged about 22 years, before this Court and set her at liberty.

2.It is the case of the Petitioner that he married the detenue on 22.6.2020 and they were living together at Perambalur District and she was called by the third respondent in the month of August 2020 and from that date, she is found missing. 3.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, Mr.R.Venkatesan, learned counsel for appearing for the Petitioner would state that the detenue has joined with the Petitioner on 14.10.2020 and now they are living together.

H.C.P.(MD) No.787 of 2020 4.In this regard, this Court heard Mr.R.Anandharaj, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 and 2.

5.In the light of the above statement made by the learned counsel for the Petitioner, this Habeas Corpus Petition stands dismissed.
