The petitioner seeks issuance of writ of mandamus to direct the 1st respondent to cancel the patta no.154 obtained by the 3rd respondent fraudulently from the 2nd respondent. The petitioner has already filed an appeal under the Patta Passbook Act before the 1st respondent and the same is pending from 15.04.2025.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate for the official respondents.

Considering the appeal of the petitioner being of recent origin, I direct the 1st respondent to hear the petitioner's appeal, after giving an opportunity to the petitioner as well as 3rd respondent and pass final orders, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of 2/4

receipt of copy of this order.

4. With the above directions, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
