ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking to register an FIR, pursuant to the order passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Rajapalayam in Crl.M.P.No.6673 of 2015 dated 19.11.2015, where the respondent police was directed to register a case and submit a report within a period of one month. 2.According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, this order has not been complied with by the second respondent. Therefore, this petition has been filed seeking for appropriate direction.

3.In the facts and circumstances of the case, the second respondent is directed to register an FIR within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
