ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent not to harass the petitioner and her family members by threatening the petitioner to stop her construction of a house in five cents (PLOT NO.11) in survey number 721/5 according to the approved plan at Achambadu Village, Radhapuram Taluk, Tirunelveli District, thereby interfering in Civil matter.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the on the complaint given by the defacto complainant, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed on 14.09.2020. The same is recorded.

3. It is made clear, now that the complaint has been closed, the respondent police shall not call the petitioner in the guise of enquiry and harass him.
