Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents.

2. The grievance of the petitioner is that despite seeking subdivision and issuance of separate patta way back on 31.01.2019, the application of the petitioner has been kept in cold storage.

3. Considering the fact that the petitioner's representation has not been acted upon for more than five years, this writ petition is disposed of, directing the 3rd respondent to consider the petitioner's application, dated 31.01.2019 and pass final orders, if necessary after hearing the petitioner and any other interested parties, within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

4. With the above directions, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
