ORDER

This writ petition is filed to direct the second respondent to register the deeds without insisting for production of original Sale deed Nos.2733/1916, and 1254/1927 pertaining to the properties in the following in 1)Survey No. 53/6 consisting of Hectare 0.14.50 Ares (35 cents approx.) and 2) Survey No. 57/1, consisting of Hectare 0.64.00 Ares (1.58 Acres approx.) of land at Ilangiyendhal Village, Madurai East Taluk, Madurai District on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 17.03.2025 within a stipulated time of period fixed by this Court.

Considering the facts and circumstances of this case, this Court, without going into the merits of the matter, directs the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 17.03.2025 and pass orders within a period of six(6) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
