ORDER

The writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to renew the approval for the academic year 2025-2026 in respect of the existing courses done by the petitioner's institution, within the period that may be stipulated by this Court.

2. Heard the arguments of Ms.H.Jasima yasmin, learned counsel for the petitioner, and Mr.M.T.Arunan, learned Standing Counsel, who takes notice for the respondent.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has submitted an application on 11.03.2025 before the respondent seeking affiliation for the year 2025-2026 and the same is pending consideration. Hence, the petitioner has filed the present writ petition with the aforesaid prayer. He further submitted that it would suffice if the respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 11.03.2025 and pass order.

4. Considering the limited prayer sought for by the petitioner, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, directs the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 11.03.2025 and pass final orders on its own merits, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
