Mr.C.Selvaraj, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents.

2. By consent of parties, the main Writ Petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

3. The petitioners are running a canteen at the second respondent college under a licence issued by the first respondent. They sought for renewal of licence by making representations, dated 27.04.2016, 10.06.2016, 22.09.2016 and 05.01.2017. The grievance of the petitioners is that the said representations are not considered so far.

4. Therefore, without expressing any view on the merits of the claim made by the petitioners, I only direct the first respondent to consider those representations and pass orders on the same, on https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No Costs.
