Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The petitioner had availed a jewel loan. He seeks benefit of waiver as announced by the Government.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate submitted that the petitioner's case has been favourably recommended and that the final order granting waiver is likely to be passed within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. Recording the said submission, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
