Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court Directing the respondents to pay 18 percent interest for the belated payment of terminal benefits of P.F., Gratuity and Unavailed Leave Salary, payable to the petitioner from the date of his retirement i.e., 30-04-2018 to till the date of actual payment made to him i.e., 21-09-2019 and all other attendant benefits within the stipulated period.
