The Civil Revision Petition is directed against the order passed in I.A.No.131 of 2018 in H.M.O.P.No.26 of 2018, dated 04.10.2018 on the file of the Family Court, Kanyakumari Division at Nagercoil. 1/3

When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the case in H.M.O.P.No.26 of 2018 was disposed of vide order, dated 13.11.2018 and he seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. In view of the above, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
