O R D E R

*********** [Order of the Court was made by K.K.SASIDHARAN, J.] The petitioner filed this Writ Petition to direct the TASMAC to shift or close the Shop bearing No.4876 situated at Kurunthancode, Kanyakumari District.

2. The learned Additional Advocate General, on instructions, submitted that the TASMAC has already closed the Shop in question. According to the learned Additional Advocate General, the Shop would be re-located to a convenient place. Since the Shop in question has already been closed, there is no need for a factual adjudication of the issue raised by the petitioner.

3. The Writ Petition is closed with the above observation. No costs.
