ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to investigate and to file final report in Crime No.335 of 2018.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, an FIR in Crime No. 335 of 2018 had been registered and the investigation is under progress. Further, he sought three months time to file final report before the concerned Judicial Magistrate Court.

3.Recording the same, the respondent police is directed to file final report within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
