Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.The petitioner alleges that without getting prior permission from the competent authority, the seventh respondent is putting up a brick kiln. 2/4

3.When the matter was taken for hearing, the learned counsel for the seventh respondent submitted that the seventh respondent has only carried out preparatory works and that no brick kiln is presently in operation. 4.In this view of the matter, the seventh respondent is restrained from operating any brick kiln without getting proper permission from the second respondent. The second respondent before passing any final order on the seventh respondent's application shall put the petitioner on notice. 5.The writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
