This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.A(MD) No.121 of 2026, dated 26.02.2026, in and by which, the petitioner was directed to stay at Villupuram and shall appear before Villupuram Town Police Station daily at 10.30 a.m, till completion of the trial. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent submits that the petitioner is complying with the condition for the past 44 days.
