This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent Police not to harass the petitioner by compelling the petitioner to execute the bond under section 110 Cr.P.C.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the matter has become infructuous, due to lapse of time.
