PRAYER :- For Bail in Crime No. 93 of 2022 on the file of the respondent police.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners/A1 and A3 herein, who were arrested on 15.06.2022 for the alleged offence under Section 328 of IPC and Section 6 (b), 24(i) of Cigarettes and other Tobacco Products Act, 2003 and Section 77 of the Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act, 2015 in Crime No.93 of 2022 on the file of the respondent police, seek bail.

2.It is a habit of the petitioners to sell tobacco products in bike. However, in pursuance of the direction of this Court, the petitioners have filed an undertaking affidavit. On the basis of the affidavit that has been filed by the petitioners, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioners with certain conditions. 3.Accordingly, the petitioners are ordered to be released on bail, on executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) each with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Ambasamudram, Tirunelveli District and on further condition that the petitioners must stay away from Ambasamudram and must stay at Madurai.
