Respondents PRAYER: Petition filed under Section 482 Code of Criminal Procedure, to direct the 2nd respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry on the basis of the complaint dated 21.09.2020 in C.S.R.No.80 of 2020 given by one Nambeeshwari wife of the petitioner pending on the file of the second respondent and also not to threaten the petitioner to foist false cases. Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.The petitioner alleges harassment at the hands of the second respondent. It appears that the petitioner's wife has given a complaint on 21.09.2020 and the same has been registered in C.S.R.No.80 of 2020.

3.Therefore, the second respondent is directed to conclude the enquiry within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If at the end of the enquiry, it is decided to register an FIR against the petitioner, the petitioner will be https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P(MD)No.10903 of 2020 put on notice so that the petitioner will have breathing time to move the concerned Court for the relief of anticipatory bail. 4.The criminal original petition is disposed of on these terms.
