Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the constitution of India, to issue a writ of certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the impugned proceedings issued by the 3rd respondent Joint Director in O.Mu.No.004262/U3/2017 dated 20.04.2017 and quash the same and further direct the 3rd respondent Joint Director to approve forthwith the appointment of 4 teaching staff (Name List annexed) in the petitioner's college and disburse the grant-in-aid towards their salary and allowances w.e.f. the respective dates of their appointment.

This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the order dated 20.04.2017 in O.Mu.No.004262/U3/2017 passed by the third respondent and for consequential directions to approve the appointment of the 4 teaching staffs in the college of the petitioner and disburse the salary the grant-in-aid towards their salary and allowances w.e.f. the respective dates of their appointment.

2.The learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents submits that by proceedings dated 08.12.2017 orders of approval have been issued and produced the same before this Court. He further submits that though it is mentioned in the fourth condition as subject to the result of the Writ Petition, there is no impediment for grant of approval to the petitioner. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner accepts the same and has made and endorsement to that effect. Recording the same, this Writ Petition is disposed of as no further orders is required. No costs. Consequently W.M.P.(MD)No.9028 of 2017 is closed.
