ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who is arrayed as A2, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offence punishable under Section 379 I.P.C., and 21 (1) of Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957, in Crime No.425 of 2020, seeks anticipatory bail.
2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner said to have illegally transported river sand by using Tractor. Hence, a case has been registered.
3.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent Police.

CRL OP(MD). No.10957 of 2020 the respondent submitted that the petitioner is having one previous case similar in nature.
4.In view of the order passed in Crl.O.P(MD).No.13334 of 2020 etc., batch, dated 03.09.2020 by the Principal Bench of this Court at Madras, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
5.Accordingly, this criminal original petition stands dismissed.
