The writ petition has been filed by the petitioner challenging the order passed by the second respondent dated 24.01.2025, cancelling the individual patta issued in the name of the petitioner and restoring the "status quo ante".
2. Against the order passed by the second respondent in the appeal filed by the fourth respondent, the petitioner has got remedy of revision before the District Revenue Officer. In fact, it is also seen from the typed set of papers that the husband of the petitioner filed a revision before the District Revenue Officer, challenging the very same order. In view of the availability of an alternative remedy, before the District Revenue Officer, this Court is not inclined to entertain this writ petition.
