3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and investigation has been completed and final report has been filed before the concerned Court and the same was taken on file in C.C.No.563 of 2022.

CRL MP(MD) No.7435 of 2022 4.Considering the nature of offence, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.6304 of 2022 is fully modified to that effect the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court on every hearing date without fail.
