Today, this matter has been listed for appearance of both the parties. Page No 1 of 4

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner is present before this Court, and the learned counsel for the respondent appeared through Video Conference.

3. The learned counsel on either side submitted that the matter has been settled before the Mediation, and the parties have entered a settlement agreement before the Mediator. The Mediation Report, along with settlement agreement, has also been received by this Court.

4. As per the settlement agreement, both the parties have settled their dispute on the following terms :

"(a) The petitioner and the respondent agreed to live together as husband and wife.

(b) The respondent/husband, who filed H.M.O.P.No.88 of 2023 on the file of the Sub Court, Tenkasi, agreed to withdraw the above petition."

5. Both the parties have appeared through Video Conference, and their identities have also been verified. Upon questioning them, both the parties submitted that they have re-united, and are now living together as husband and wife.

6. Hence, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is disposed of by recording the settlement agreement. The settlement agreement shall form part of this order. No costs. Consequently, the connected Civil Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
