O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by K.K.SASIDHARAN, J.) The petitioner filed this writ petition to direct the respondents to shift the TASMAC shop in Saravanabha Nagar Village, Sivagangai District.

2.The report submitted by the Advocate Commissioner appointed by this Court dated 10 July 2017 indicates that the shop in question is about 1200 meters from the Orphanage. Similarly, it is 1400 meters from the A.R. Police Quarters. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.Since the petitioner failed to point out any statutory violation, we are not in a position to issue a Mandamus as prayed for by the petitioner.

4.In the result, the writ petition is dismissed with the above observation. No costs.
