ORDER : The Court made the following order :- This petition is filed seeking modification of the condition that has been imposed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Theni in Crl.M.P.No.1914 of 2022 dated 03.06.2022.

2.The petitioner is facing charges under Sections 294(b) and 506(ii) IPC in Crime No.149 of 2022 on the file of the respondent police. If the petitioner has any grievance with regard to the condition that has been imposed by the trial Court, she can approach the concerned Court for modification. If her request is rejected by the concerned Court, then only she can approach this Court. Directly approaching this Court for modification of the condition that has been imposed by the trial Court or other Court may not be proper. 3.With the aforesaid liberty, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
