O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by G.R.SWAMINATHAN, J.) The writ petitioner seeks removal of encroachments said to have been committed by the respondents 5 to 7 in made in S.No.17, Keelakudi Village, Keelakurumbur Group, Thiruvadanai Taluk, Ramanathapuram District. He had already given a representation dated 05.06.2017 in this regard.

2.This Court directs the third respondent to enquire into the matter and if any encroachments are noticed, he shall take action for removal of the same in accordance with law, after complying with the due process of law and after issuing notice to the alleged encroachers. The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
