ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who were arrested on 21.08.2018 for the offence punishable under Section 379 of IPC in Crime No.158 of 2018 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioners adopted some tactics and cheated public and thereby committed the offence of theft.

3. The learned counsel appearing of the petitioner would submit that the petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case and they have nothing to do with the alleged offence.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that charge sheet has been filed in this case before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Arupukottai and trial is almost completed and the case is pending on 311 Cr.P.C petition filed by the petitioners. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5. Taking into consideration the submissions made by the counsels and also the nature of allegations made against the petitioners, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners.

6. Hence the petition is dismissed.
