Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The writ petitioner was holding the post of Sub Registrar in-charge at the time of attaining the age of superannuation. Owing to issuance of charge memos, he was not allowed to retire. Questioning the same, this writ petition has been filed.

3. The petitioner has also independently questioned the charge memos issued against him. If the charge memos are quashed, this writ petition would become infructuous. If the charge memos are upheld, this writ petition will have to be dismissed. Either way no further orders are necessary. The petitioner's fate can abide by the outcome of the other writ petitions filed by him. This writ petition is closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
