PRAYER :- For Bail in Crime No. 200/2021 on the file of the Respondent Police ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/A5, who was arrested on 19.06.2021 for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 341, 294(b), 506(ii), 120B and 307 of IPC in Crime No.200 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the defacto complainant is running a chappel shop and tea shop in Thalamuthu Nagar and due to the grudge over the defacto's complainant growth, the petitioner along with other accused planned to kill the defacto complainant. On 10.06.2021 at about 5.30 p.m., when the defacto complainant was returning to his home in his two-wheeler, the petitioner along with other accused attempted to murder the defacto complainant.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a practising Advocate and for having defended his client against the Police, the respondent Police, out of vengeance, has foisted a false case against this petitioner with the connivance of the defacto complainant.

4. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side), on instructions, submits that apart from this case, the petitioner is involved in three other cases, viz., (1) in Cr.No.354 of 2020 for the offences https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CRL OP(MD). No.10502 of 2021 punishable under Sections 294(b), 323, 324, 341 and 506(ii) of IPC,

(2) in Cr.No.567 of 2020 for the offences punishable under Sections 143, 188, 269, 283 and 351 of IPC and (3) in Cr.No.120 of 2014, for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 323, 324, 341 and 506 (ii) IPC.

5. Considering the nature of allegations levelled against the petitioner and the fact that the petitioner is involved in three other cases, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
