ORDER

The petitioner is working as B.T. Assistant in the Government Higher Secondary School, Keelapoovani and he has been declared as surplus, by a proceedings dated 02.05.2023. Challenging the same, the present writ petition has been filed.

2. This Court, while entertaining this writ petition, has granted an order of interim stay. In view of the same, the petitioner was not deployed.

3. Today, when this writ petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel on either side submit that the student strength of the school has now been increased and therefore, there is no question of surplus as on date.
