ORDER:- Civil Revision Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the earlier order of this court dated 16.08.2022 and the requisition letter submitted by the Principal District Judge,(FAC), Dindigul vide the letter in D.No.9182/2022 dated 17/10/2022 and none appearance of the both the counsels, this Court made the following order:
"The learned Principal District Judge, FAC, Dindigul sent a letter dated 17.10.2022, requesting extension of further time of four weeks to dispose of I.A.No.123 of 2021 in O.S.No.199 of 2017, pursuant to the order of this Court dated 16.08.2022.
2. Considering the reasons stated in the letter dated 17.10.2022, four weeks' time is extended from today to dispose of I.A.No.123 of 2021 in O.S.No.199 of 2017."
