Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the third respondent to ensure the Rekla Race not to be conducted as per the invitation scheduled to be held on 26.06.2017 at 6.00 am and the erection of any flex board by any individual not to be held on the occasion of the Temple festival at Muduthaliyar Pudukulam Village.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has advanced his argument on the basis of averments made in the petition.

4.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents has contended that the respondents are not willing to give necessary permission for conducting Rekla Race and also for erecting flex boards in the place mentioned in the petition. 5.On the basis of the representation made on the side of the respondents, this Writ Petition is disposed of.
