Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 to 3.

2.It is seen that the fourth respondent got married to the son of the petitioners 1 and 2. The fourth respondent's husband is said to have committed suicide on 10.01.2020. The complainant states that the jewellery given at the time of her marriage is being retained by the petitioners.

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.10805 of 2020 3.Be that as it may, the third respondent is directed to conclude the enquiry within a period of ten days from today. If at the end of the enquiry, the third respondent registers any FIR against the petitioners, the petitioners shall be put on notice so that the petitioners will have time to move the concerned court for the relief of anticipatory bail.

4.With this direction, the criminal original petition is disposed of.
