[Order of the Court was made by K.K.SASIDHARAN,J.] The petitioner has filed the Writ petition to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to take action against the respondents 4 to 6 to remove the encroachment in respect of the land in Survey No.197/19, Nochivaya Village, Achundanvayal Post, Ramanathapuram Taluk, Ramanathapuram District.

2. We direct the third respondent to consider and dispose of the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 16.06.2017, on merits and as per law after issuing notice to the respondents 4 to 6.
