Respondents PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the representation dated 12.06.2017 to remove the encroachment made by the 3rd respondent in the site allotted for communal purpose and to survey the plots in lands in S.Nos.79/4, 79/5 and 130/1A, 2A, 3A in Kilakkodumalur Village as per the patta allotted in the year 1991 within a stipulated time as may be fixed by this Court. [Order of the Court was made by T.S.SIVAGNANAM, J.] The petitioner is before this Court by way of this writ petition seeks for a direction upon the respondents 1 and 2 to remove the alleged encroachment made by the third respondent by considering his representation dated 12.06.2017. 2.According to the petitioner, the third respondent is a very influential person and he encroached a land allotted for communal purpose.

representation. Therefore, without going into the correctness of the statement made by the petitioner, we direct the second respondent to consider the representation, after issuing notice to the petitioner as well as third respondent and proceed in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of eight weeks.

4.The writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
