Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.MUNIYANDI S, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.P.KOTTAI CHAMY, Government Advocate(Criminal Side) for Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time to comply with the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.4360 of 2021 dated 29.04.2021.

2. It appears that the petitioner has been been granted anticipatory bail as early as on 29.04.2021 and earlier the petitioner filed an extension petition and it was allowed on 14.07.2021. Even thereafter, the petitioner has not complied with the condition and filed this second extension petition. This Court is not satisfied with the reasons assigned in the petition. Therefore, this petition is dismissed, however, liberty is granted to the petitioner to file a fresh application for anticipatory bail, if so advised.
