ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to modify the condition in Crl.M.P.No.4409 of 2018, dated 17.10.2018 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Nagercoil, by modifying the condition to sign before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Tiruchendur daily at 10.30 a.m.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the first respondent. 3.Considering the reasons stated in the petition, the condition imposed in paragraph-6 of the order passed by the learned Magistrate No.II, Nagercoil, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear and sign before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Tiruchendur daily at 10.30 a.m. The other conditions imposed in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Crl.M.P.No.4409 of 2018, dated 17.10.2018 remains unchanged. 4.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is partly allowed.
