The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that already permission was granted to conduct the "Adal Padal" Programme on 24.05.2023 at 08.00 PM to 11.00 PM in connection with "Thiru Vizha" of Arulmigu Kalungu Muneeswarar Thirukovil, Ayyampatti, Salaigramam Post, Sivagangai District and therefore, nothing survives in this Writ Petition.
