O R D E R

This petition is filed by the petitioner to direct the second respondent to conduct preliminary enquiry on the petitioner's complaint dated 21.04.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that due to the money dispute between the petitioner and the private respondents, the petitioner sent a representation dated 21.04.2025, but the same has not been considered. Hence, he filed this petition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that they received the representation of the petitioner and the same is pending for enquiry by the second respondent. They will consider the representation and take appropriate action within 15 days.

4. Since the representation of the petitioner is under consideration of the second respondent, this Court directs the second respondent to consider the same and take appropriate action in accordance with law within a period of 15 days from the date of this order, after affording opportunity to both the parties.

5. With the abovesaid observations and directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
