O R D E R

This petition is filed by the petitioner to direct the first respondent herein to consider the petitioner's representation dated 21.04.2025 and take appropriate action.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that there is money dispute pending between the petitioner and one Shanthi. While so, the said Shanthi caused life threat to the petitioner. Therefore, the petitioner sent a representation dated 21.04.2025 to the respondents 2 and 3, but the same has not been considered. Hence, she filed this petition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that based on the representation of the petitioner, they issued summons to the petitioner, but she did not appear before the third respondent for investigation.

4. Considering the prayer sought for in this petition and recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) that the representation of the petitioner is pending with the third respondent and the petitioner did not appear before the third respondent for investigation, this Court directs the petitioner to appear before the third respondent on 09.05.2025 and thereafter, the third respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner and take appropriate action in accordance with law, after affording opportunity to both the parties.

5. With the abovesaid observations and directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
