ORDER

The petitioner has sought for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to survey and demarcate the four boundaries of the petitioner's land, based on his application dated 22.7.2024. The petitioner claim is based on ownership and also mutation of revenue records in favour of the petitioner.

2. In the light of the above, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents 1 & 2 to conduct survey and dispose of the petitioner's application dated 22.07.2024 after giving notice to any other interested parties and pass final orders, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
